Grace is an AI telephone companion. A family arranges her schedule — the days and times that suit their parent — and Grace calls on those days, on the phone their parent already owns. There is no app, and nothing for them to learn.
She speaks slowly and never rushes. She asks the kind of questions that open a conversation rather than close it, and she remembers their conversations, so the next call picks up where the last one left off instead of starting over.
After each call Grace places, whoever set her up gets a short text: what they talked about, and how the call went. That is companionship context, not safety monitoring — Grace is not a clinician, an alarm, or a monitoring service, and she cannot call for help.
Nothing begins without your parent’s agreement. Once, on the very first call, they hear exactly what Grace is — an AI, not a person — and what the calls involve. Without that agreement there are no calls and no charge.
Grace Standard is $97 a month and includes 300 connected companion minutes each billing period. On a daily schedule that works out to roughly ten minutes at a time; on fewer days it buys longer visits. Extra Time is off by default and only the payer can ever turn it on.
